Ayleen graduated from the University of Toronto in 2025 with a BASc in Engineering Science, specializing in Machine Intelligence. At UofT, she worked with Professor Alán Aspuru-Guzik on developing a novel machine learning approach for protein-ligand binding affinity prediction. In Fall 2025, Ayleen joined the Kulik group as a PhD student in Computational Science & Engineering. Her research interests lie in large language models for materials discovery.
