Shih-Peng is a master’s student in EECS. He joined the group in the summer of 2023, when he was majoring in Chemistry and Computer Science as an undergraduate. He worked with Ph.D. student Gianmarco Terrones to research in stability prediction of MOFs and MOF building block screening. Shih-Peng’s research also focuses on using the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA) to perform hypothetical MOF candidate selection.

Shih-Peng loves playing all types of sports, including but not limited to basketball, table tennis, badminton, and volleyball.
