Vishnu is an undergraduate at MIT who is broadly interested in applying computational and machine learning-derived techniques to deciphering biological, chemical, and environmental systems. He joined the Kulik group in September 2026, where he works with PhD student Panagiotis Papageorgiou to develop nanoreactor workflows combining machine learning interatomic potentials with enhanced sampling methods to explore competing enzyme reaction pathways and determine plausible mechanisms.
